Go and watch the bees coming and going with pollen in our secret woodland space!
Be yourself, sunbathe with abandon! Paint, sing, play an instrument, recite a poem!

We're committed to offering a high standard of bed and breakfast accommodation to our guests and we provide the following in all our rooms: Exquisite cotton bed linen with feather and duck down pillows and duvets (sheets and blankets as well as allergy free bed linen are also available on special request )Luxury complimentary bath productsWireless internetFlat-screen TVsHairdryerTea and coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits Fresh flowers picked from the naturalistic cutting gardenAll rooms have breathtaking views of the gardens and the farm

Breakfast

When it comes to breakfast, produce from the farm is always on offer. Our chickens lay the free range eggs we can serve you for breakfast. Our pedigree rare breed pigs live the best possible life we can give them in our ancient oak woodland, and they provide the tasty farm produced sausages and bacon. We can also provide delicious vegetarian alternatives, as well as special provisions for those with other dietary requirements.(do please let us know in advance if you have any special requests) As far as possible we source as much of our fruit and vegetables from our own farm, or guarantee to use quality local suppliers if this is not possible.

Breakfast is normally served between 8:00am and 9:30am. If you would like an early departure just please let us know ! we are very flexible !

Check Out

Check Out time is 1030 hours on the day of your departure.

During your sojourn, our garden is your garden, our farm house, your home, your suite, your sanctuary. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you our passion for our garden and our location in the Sussex Weald.

We kindly request no smoking throughout the house and on the terraces.
