Guests are welcome to wander the grounds and meet our animals.
Here's an introduction to a few of them.......
We have a herd of rare breed Shetland Sheep: There are a lot of characters who are always happy to meet you.
We use the sheep for grass cutting duties, interaction with visitors and of course to eat!
The rare breed pigs on our farm are charming and live a wonderful free ranging life in our oak woods. They are lively and full of curiosity. They are very popular with garden visitors as well, but are also happily part of our delicious full english breakfast in the form of delicious sausages and bacon.
Free range eggs from our chicken guarantee low food miles for our breakfast too. We have a mix of chicken breeds - Rhode island red, Light Sussex and the big golden Buff Orpingtons .
Honey for your toast comes from our own bees. Take a seat next to them, in the top field, and watch them return from their foraging.
