Bazaar Indian Summer Market

(Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, except of course, 25th Aug Bank Holiday Monday, we will be open)

An event spread out in Marquees in Sussex Prairie Garden. Gorgeous clothes in cottons and vintage sari silk, semi precious designer jewellery, scarves, home furnishings and gifts – all ethically traded from India and Nepal.  Alex’s curry “Dhaba” will be serving delicious authentic curries.

Bazaar at the Prairies really is a great outing for all the family.

Come for one of Jo’s talks — come during block printing week — come for Bhangra and “Bazaar team’s Got Talent ” night — Bring a picnic or have a vegetarian / vegan authentic Indian curry.

Your “All of August” Ticket will give you unlimited visits to Sussex Prairie Garden during August season – 1st August until 31st August 2025 inclusive during normal opening hours.

Sussex Prairies shall be open Wednesdays through to Sunday during August only, closed Mondays* (except Bank Holiday Monday 25th August when we shall be open ) and Tuesdays. Opening hours are 12 noon until 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE: tickets are day specific, so please double check that you are purchasing for the day you wish to visit.

AND an eclectic mixture of side acts including SHARNAROSE INNERSPIN,
AND THE LUCID FOX!

Enjoy your vegetarian Thali curry with the backdrop of Bazaar and the Prairie while soaking up the amazing sounds of a Sitar and Tabla duo.
The energetic Punjabi will see the evening out with a blast!

Block Printing Workshop

Due to huge popularity Bazaar’s free block printing workshop will run for 5 days.

Please feel free to bring your own tea shirt or tea towel to print.
