Finding stillness in chaos – Making mindful connections with Nature, with Emma Weaver and Rachel Richards. A workshop combining elements of mindfulness, Qigong moving meditation, flower essences and guided visualisation. To help us deepen our connection with Nature, finding comfort and solace in the natural world around us.
During the periods of lockdown in the past year, many people have rediscovered the benefits of being out in nature, listening to the sounds of the birds and feeling restored by being among the trees, seeing our beautiful wildflowers and wildlife.
This workshop is open to anyone wishing to learn more about mindfulness and meditation techniques. We will spend the morning working with the breath and moving the body gently to assist with grounding our energy and bringing peace and quiet to the mind. Instruction will be given on flower essences and other tools to assist with calming the mind and relaxing the body in order to improve health and well-being.
Numbers will be capped to ensure that everyone can be appropriately spaced and receive individual attention. Some elements of the workshop will take place outside, weather permitting. Each person will receive a blend of Bach flower essence to take home.
