Knitting with Plastic with Amanda Rosenstein Davidson
Knitting with Plastic!
Wed 5th Oct
10-2pm £60
While working as a craft designer for various magazines and local festivals, resident Artist Amanda came up with ‘Have a Go, Knit a Row’ and started experimenting with plastic carrier bags.
The ultimate eco-friendly project, you will certainly be hooked making these fun and funky bags knitted with plastic carrier bags.
Working to Amanda’s designs, and encouraged to create your own, no two bags will be the same.
All you need 6 or more plastic carrier bags (similar weights work best) a pair of thick wooden knitting needles, large scissors and just a little knowledge of casting on, off and knit and purl stitch. But don’t worry, you’ll soon pick it up! They make great gifts too.

Please contact Amanda to book your place amandasdavidson@gmail.com
