Erica Gee, Licensed Nia teacher, invites you to a musical movement playshop!

- How might it be to sense for yourself what feels good and do it like that – not the way you’re ‘supposed’ to do it?
- And what about having an experience that leaves you feeling more flexible, more agile, free in your joints, more stable and stronger plus, JOYFUL!
This is Nia! A holistic movement practice grounded in pleasure to glorious soul stirring music.
What will you take away with you? An understanding of what Nia is and how it enables your health and wellness. The satisfaction of having trusted yourself to try something new! The joy of experiencing both Nia and the Sussex Prairie Garden in one hit! Connections with other like-minded people and the information you need to continue with Nia if you wish, via online live classes from my kitchen to your home or, when the time is right, in person classes.
If this resonates, then I would love to share my passion and joy with you at a playshop. We will begin with an introduction to Nia, how it came to be, explore the key principles with a demonstration of some of the moves, have a refreshment break and then do a joyful and healing class together.
The combination of the uniqueness of Nia within the space of Pauline and Paul’s beautiful garden, will be magical. You simply have to bring your willingness to have fun and immerse yourself in a body, mind, heart and spirit experience.
As part of the playshop, Nigel Gee, Spiritual & Well-being mentor will be giving an insight into how energy navigates our well-being and how we can connect with this consciousness, to enhance our overall health.
