Summer Solstice Practical Magic Herb Workshop
Make your own natural products!
A morning of creativity, nature and healing, and some ‘Practical Magic’ to take home with you. From gathering herbs and making natural products, to meditative moments and peacefulness, these workshops appeal to both the practical and the mystical. Open to everyone who would love to know more about healing herbs, wild plants, aromatherapy and natural herbal remedies.
Women and herbs are a natural mix, and learning how to use them for our wellbeing, and that of our families and friends, is an ancient practice long forgotten. Reawaken your connection with nature and that ancient knowledge, and learn to make some lovely products with ingredients that are easy to find, and delicious to use! We’ll make lip balms, hand and foot balm, herbal oils, cooling body lotion etc, with the focus on products for our summer wellbeing.
You’ll go away with a handful of products you make yourself, and the knowledge to make them at home as wonderfully healing and original gifts for others. You’ll have the knowledge to make a range of herbal teas too.
Nalini is a qualified aromatherapist and has her own range of natural products. She is also a yoga and meditation teacher, Women’s Wellness specialist and wellbeing coach. She loves sharing her knowledge on these fun and interactive workshops
Investment £65 (includes all materials, handouts, and coffee and biscuits)
