In this 3-hour workshop you will be guided through conscious dance, a powerful practice to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and promote deeper connection with yourself and others. Combined with yoga practices and inner journeying to tap into ancient wisdom and your body’s innate healing intelligence to promote new insight and deep healing.

JANE GROGAN
Jane is a respected senior Yoga and Pilates teacher, holistic wellness coach, and conscious dance facilitator with many years of experience helping people to connect with their bodies and live from their hearts. With a deep passion for movement, dance, and embodiment, Jane draws on her extensive training and qualifications to make the ancient teachings of Yoga accessible to all. Jane feels passionately about inclusivity being neuro-divergent herself.It is her mission to empower those she works with, and together explore aspects of holistic health and wellness, to reveal awareness and authenticity via a wealth of methods that assist others to achieve lasting physical, mental, and emotional balance.
SISTER SHAMANIC
Liz aka Sister Shamanic is a Shamanic Practitioner, Integrative Therapist and Accredited Transformative Coach.
She uses embodiment practices, mindfulness and breathwork alongside deep listening and intuition, to help people to heal past trauma and integrate new learning to step into a bright positive future. Liz draws on ancient shamanic practice in a grounded, contemporary way to harness the power of archetypes, metaphor and ritual for transformation and healing.
With a deep reverence for nature and all life, Liz practices being present with an open heart and a sense of reciprocity to the earth to receive deep wisdom promoting deep affection and connection to self-care and service to others.
