Self-Care Workshop – Balance and Boundaries with Liz Warnock

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed? Do you want to make more space for your own self-care but unsure where to begin?

In the world we inhabit today our attention is bartered for mentally, physically, and digitally. It is often difficult to make space solely for ourselves.

How can we live more deliberately, rediscover our values and what’s important and use these as a guiding star through times of challenge and uncertainty?

These workshops are for you If you have a lot on your plate, if you feel stretched, overwhelmed and struggle to say no.

Through reflection, mindfulness, and self-awareness practices we will explore what living deliberately means to you and how, by bringing the intention to look at this you can begin to see the woods for the trees.

To feel less overwhelmed and preoccupied with negative thoughts and feelings and more able to see the beauty in front of you as it unfolds moment to moment.

Dedicate a day to yourself for you at Sussex Prairie Gardens, a hidden jewel in the stunning Sussex countryside.

What to expect

  • Time for you, away from all responsibility in a supportive space.
  • Discover what it means to you to live deliberately.
  • Feel lighter and leave with clear next steps to nurture your self-care.
  • Be introduced to guided practices that can easily be integrated into your life.
  • Free access to the beautiful Sussex Prairie Gardens for the rest of the day.
  • Resources to take home to continue your journey.

More about this workshop – Balance & Boundaries

  • Explore where there is imbalance in your life.
  • Get an aerial view to enable you to bring more balance and to feel more content and fulfilled.
  • Explore your boundaries – the limits and rules we set for ourselves within different types of relationships.
  • By saying yes, what are you also saying no to? By saying no what other opportunities are you opening yourself to?

This workshop is intended to help you to:

Look at how you can respect your own needs and, in turn, your own self-care, and how you can clearly and openly communicate this while still taking the needs of others into consideration.
