Aim
How many times have you wished you knew how to use your mobile phone camera better?
No need to worry any more because this workshop will give you the confidence and the skills you need to capture better photographs to be happy with!
You will be introduced to the most important photographic composition rules along with the main functions of your phone camera and some basic editing techniques.
It will be taught on an iPhone. However, both iPhone users as well as Android smartphone users are welcome with any models of phones.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to:
– feel content and confident using your phone camera
– demonstrate a critical understanding of the basic principles of Smartphone Photography.
– demonstrate a practical engagement with smartphone photography by taking your own photographs
– critically reflect on the making of your own images and discuss the making process

Minimum Age
12 years old is the minimum age for participants to attend the workshop on their own.

Eva is a fine art photographer, photography mentor, and creativity life coach based in Brighton, UK.
She is passionate about helping photographers, creatives, and artists get their mojo back. It is her mission to inspire you, help you build your confidence, and unlock your creative potential. Whether you’re looking to refine your skills, overcome creative blocks, or simply rediscover the joy in your work, she can support you every step of the way.
She grew up in Crete and moved to the UK to pursue a PhD in Photography at UCA, thanks to a Greek State Foundation scholarship. She holds a PGCE teaching certificate from the University of Brighton and she is an accredited life coach. These qualifications, along with her 16 years of experience, have shaped her approach to teaching and coaching, blending expertise with a deep understanding of personal and creative growth.
