Surprise yourself when you peel back the paper from your plate to reveal your unique print.

Using materials from the garden or your own ideas, you will create designs on printing plates, experiment with colour, stencils and texture, and use a printing press to imprint your images onto paper. You can also bring your own scraps of paper to collage into your prints.

While you can choose to draw your own designs, this workshop is completely suitable for those who prefer not to draw.

Sarah Cliff graduated with a Masters in Fine Art, (Sussex), and is a tutor at Ochre Print Studio, Guildford and at West Dean College. She enjoys creating a relaxed, creative environment and bringing out the inner artist in everybody.
