Autumn Equinox Herbal Workshop

Learn about healing herbs, and make your own products

Friday 23rd September 10.30 – 13.30

Herbylicious Potions and Meditative Moments…..
Heading towards the Autumn Equinox and days are drawing in – time to boost our immune system and get mixing! Natural herbal remedies in the mix now to beat the winter blues, and to keep us happy and healthy! We’ll be working with essential oils and Autumn herbs to create some herbyliciously magical products including a ‘Breathe’ eucalyptus and mint roll-on immune defence, a warming winter bath and massage oil, and a protective face balms, plus a really good look at the healing properties of some common herbs that we can easily incorporate into our daily lives. And, well, as it’s almost equinox, a sprinkling of magic for another herby ritual!

Nalini will guide you on a morning of creativity, nature and healing and teach you some ‘Practical Magic’ to take home with you. From gathering herbs and making products, to meditative moments and peacefulness, these workshops will appeal to both the practical and the mystical – open to everyone who would love to know more about healing herbs, wild plants, skincare, aromatherapy and natural remedies.

You will go home with skincare and healing products you make on the day, all materials supplied.  You will receive a herbal handbook too.

Nalini is specialised in this area and has had her own line of natural products for years, cultivating a lot of the ingredients for them in her own garden. She loves running these delicious workshops and sharing her passion and knowledge – a day filled with wisdom, fun and…well, a little bit of magic of course!

Investment £59 per workshop including all materials for making products, and a wealth of info to take home with you

Wonderful garden well worth a visit. Great variety of plants showing so many ways of portraying a garden layout. Must comment on the great tea and cakes selection, our dog loved the doggy ice cream!

Beautifully planted area, in which you are encouraged to walk along paths between the plants so can be completely surrounded by foliage - a lovely effect.
