Sompting Village Morris is a local group, performing traditional English Morris dancers within the Sussex area.The Ladies Group will be showing their moves at Sussex Prairies this summer !
Morris dancing is a tradition recorded in Britain as far back as the 15th century. Our dances are collected from the Cotswold area of England, and we perform with bells, hankies and sticks.
