Papercutting with Emma Taylor

Tutor: Emma Taylor

Dates: Wednesday 3rd October 2018   Times: 10am-2pm

Course outline: Papercutting for beginners

Costs: £55 per workshop

An introduction to papercutting and sculpting for beginners and those more confident.

We will be creating fast and fun 3D paper sculptures which will introduce you to the basics of papercutting in a safe and playful manner. These will give you the confidence and skills to use the tools and explore positive and negative space.

I will introduce you to varied traditional and contemporary artists who work with paper craft and you will be inspired to design your own individual piece.

We will then focus on smaller, more delicate intricate cutting to create your own art piece which can be framed for display. No prior experience is needed and I can supply templates for those less confident with design.

All materials (with a small frame) will be included in the price.

To secure a place please contact Emma Taylor by email emma@emmataylorprint.co.uk or
