Welcome in the summer season with mindful movement, nature connection and a feast for the senses.
Join us for a blissful morning of yoga and nourishment in the stunning surroundings of Sussex Prairie Gardens.
Enjoy a fluid and uplifting outdoor yoga flow – connecting you to your inner abundance aliveness – followed by a meditation and relaxation. Then time to explore the peaceful gardens before arriving back to a beautiful tablescape and a sumptuous 2 course, picnic-style vegetarian lunch from Maeve at Feorh.
