with Textile Artist & Teacher Susan D’souza

Wednesday 14th July 10.00am-3.00pm

Using inspiration from the stunning and colourful array of plants at Sussex Prairie Gardens learn how to focus on a small section of the gardens to create a design idea and translate this into a beautiful textile artwork for sketchbook or to frame. Hand painting with fabric dyes will form a base for further areas of stitched detail. No previous textile experience necessary but the opportunity for experienced textile practitioners to extend their skills.

1 day workshop total cost £70 per person including materials
