Sussex Prairie Garden is now closed for the winter
Come and join us for Practicing yogic techniques in the fresh air, enjoying the scent of flowers from wonderful Prairie gardens to support the people in crises.
This is my third year of teaching at Sussex Prairies and I am delighted to say, this is our second year of donating income from this event to those in crises. By coming to this workshop you will support people in Ukraine.
The whole practice will take place outside in the fresh air, in the wonderful surroundings of Prairie gardens. Place has a truly beautiful spirit and I trust you will love that experience.
Last few years, had a huge impact on our mind, emotions, feelings, behaviours and that all is affecting the way how we breathe, the way how our organs work, the way how our nervous system works, the way how we interact with the world and so on and on. All this has got a tremendous impact on our physical body.
We will dive deeper into an understanding of these disturbances through different awareness practices and will bring more balance and harmony to ourselves.
I believe, It is crucially important, especially these days, to keep working holistically with our body, breath and mind, as these aspects of ourselves are deeply interconnected and we should really pay close attention to listen to any disturbances to avoid the further disharmony, and use these wonderful and powerful techniques of Yoga to bring us back to a harmonised state. We will look at how yoga can bring more UNITY into our lives as well. Integration is a huge part of YOGA.
